Terms of Service

Narciso is provided by Emmanuele Santo (“we”, “us”). Contact: privacy@narciso.app.

Narciso is a photo editor. Face, Shape, Retouch, films, adjustments and text run on your phone. PRO looks recreate the photo with a third-party artificial intelligence model (OpenAI) and need an internet connection.

AI results can vary and are not always perfect: check the result before you use it. We may add, change or remove looks and features over time.

You must be at least 16 years old. An account is optional and lets you find your plan and credits on other devices; you are responsible for access to your account (email, Apple or Google) and you can delete it at any time from the app.

• PRO monthly: €4.99 a month, with 60 PRO looks a month.
• PRO yearly: €49.99 a year (2 months free compared with monthly), with 60 PRO looks a month and, for new subscribers, a 7-day free trial.
• Prices are in euros; they may differ in your country, and the price the store shows before you buy is the one that applies.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start with the free trial, when the trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel anytime in your store settings: on iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
• After cancelling you keep PRO until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel during the free trial you are not charged.
• If the price changes, the store notifies you under its rules and, where required, asks you to accept it.

• Each PRO look uses one credit. The credit is used only when you receive the result: if the generation fails or is blocked by moderation, you lose nothing.
• Subscribers get 60 PRO looks a month; unused looks do not carry over to the next month.
• When the included looks run out you can buy credit packs: 100 credits for €4.99 or 300 credits for €11.99. Pack credits add to your plan and do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and are not refundable, except as required by law or by the store’s rules.
• Without an account your plan and credits are tied to the device: sign in with an account to keep them if you change phones.

Purchases are collected by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested from them under their rules: for the App Store at reportaproblem.apple.com, for Google Play from your order history or the Google Play Help Center.

Subscriptions and credits are digital content supplied immediately: by confirming the purchase you ask for supply to start right away and acknowledge that, once it has started, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). Your rights if the service is faulty or not as described are not affected.

You may use Narciso only for lawful purposes. In particular you may not:

• upload or create content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful or that infringes the rights of others;
• use photos of other people without their consent, or create images to deceive, harass, defame or impersonate anyone;
• upload or edit photos of minors;
• get around credit limits, moderation or security measures, or use the service in an automated way;
• copy, decompile or resell the app or its looks, except as permitted by law.

Automated moderation checks may block an image before generation. If you break these terms we may suspend access to PRO looks or delete the account; illegal content may be reported to the authorities.

Your photos stay yours. You only give us permission to process them to provide the service: to create the look and to keep them 30 days for safety checks, as explained in the privacy policy.

You confirm that you hold the rights to the photos you upload and the consent of the people in them. You may use the results as you like, within the law and the rights of others, and you are responsible for how you share them; some platforms ask you to label AI-edited images.

The app, the Narciso brand, the logo, the looks, the texts and the design belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app under these terms and the store’s rules.

We do our best to make Narciso work well, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, or that AI results will match your expectations.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage or for lost photos (always keep a copy of your originals), and our total liability does not exceed what you paid for Narciso in the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury, nor the rights you have as a consumer under the Italian Consumer Code and other mandatory rules.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. We tell you about important changes in the app before they take effect: if you do not accept them you can stop using Narciso and cancel your subscription.

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live have jurisdiction, and the mandatory rules of your EU country of residence still apply. Before going to court, write to us: let’s try to sort it out together.
